[Resolved]  Byju's — Cancellation and refund

I[protected]was purchased the product two months back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the whatsup for byjus support team (Mrigank Kaushik-[protected] And Rohit-[protected]) for refunding the amount but one of the person contact but she told refund is not possible because already two months is over but i am paying 6333 per month emi. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. I will always try toll free number last 20 day but not responce.only wating tune 15 to 60 minute. They are cheater. Please cancelle the application and refuno the amount.

I'm Dibakar Swain My son Aditya Swain I have taken byju's premium course in June 2023, I have paid 7000 and EMI loan 3000 i.e 12 month my son not interested for class and no time . So, I've to complain to the consumer forum. After that they told me that my course will be cancelled and get full refund. Finally they cancelled the course and loan. But they didn't refund my money though sending mail that refund has processed. And now they are not answering any calls.
I want byju's to give me my money back, because the course is cancelled now. They have taken 7000 at the time of registration. This really wasted my time.
