[Resolved]  Byju's — Not receiving study materials

Good evening sir, sir I am writing in hindi plz accept application.
Sir mainai may 2023 mai byjus sai ugc- net preparation k ly 1 year ka course purchased Kiya tha(id-[protected] naveen jiloya) . Us time mainai 14000/- fee paid ki thi mujai ugc-net preparation weekend batch 4 allot houa . Mujai btya gya aap ko study material 1 week mai provide ho jaiga, so aap class start kr sktai ho.
Sir aaj September aa gya h but abhi tak mujai koi study material nhi mila h. Mainai khi bar call Kiya, mail Kiya, what's up bhi Kiya jis person nai mujai course sold Kiya tha but byjus ki trf Sai koi reply nhi mila.
Mai course cancel ki request bhi dali but no response.
June Sai abhi tak Jo bhi class hoie h mere us k ly mujai notes print-out k ky 4000 ka extra expen ho juka h but byjus nhi sun rha .
Staff ka ab to behavior bhi bhut bad ho gya, please request h is case mai help krai aap.
