Not refunding my money as per commitment made as well not cancelled my loan*
On 1st oct 2023, emailed to BYJUs cancellation email id and support email id, on 6th oct they told that cancellation processed of 7th class private education online package for my child.
We have made payment of Rs. 15, 000/- in advance on 14 September 2023. Representative assured us that if you you are not happy with BYJUs, you can cancell order within 15 days after receiving learning kit and will get back 100% refund.
As we had not received any learning kit and not happy with BYJUs, we have raised cancellation request from 1st oct 2023 through emails and also by calling at their customer care.
Today 27th oct 2023, till date i have not received my refund. Almost daily i am giving emails and daily calling on their customer service, i am not receiving proper response from BYJUs. Their customer care telling that "you will get call from cancellation team within 72 hours "
Till date i have never received call. I never received any reply for my reminder emails which i am giving almost daily, moreover repeated call receiving for payment of EMI from bank instead of cancellation and refund my amount.
Hope this consumer website will solve my issue.
