Byjus — Cancellation/Refund ( Misleading Information )

Hello,

My name is Ankita Rajput. I had enrolled my brother Krishna Rajput for Byjus Online subscription. I am absolutely dissatisfied with the course and services provided by Byjus. I have had terrible experience dealing with the Byjus mentors and staff ( Ex. Fatema who has been absolutely rude, Shruti who is least bothered and Team Manager Kirti ).
Its been 2 months we have asked for a cancellation but no response.
The services provided by Byjus are pathetic. No support from the mentors, irresponsible staff and management. Misleading information to enroll candidates.
Education facility is not satisfactory. Its been more than 6 months but we do not have any support from the mentor.
In 6 months we spoke to the mentor for about 3 times only. My child is stressed not knowing what next.
Moreover, now after requesting for a cancellation we are harrowed by the finance team asking for payments.
This mental harassments are taking a toll on my health.

We had enrolled for Byjus subscription in April 2020 when a friend told us about the online classes.
We got regular calls from Byjus until the payment was made. After making the payment of 5000 INR in March we had to wait for 2 months to get the product. After which again there was no follow up from the mentor or the staff.
We still waited considering the COVID situation. Another 2 months of EMI ( 3583 Each ) was deducted and we were still missing the follow ups from Byjus.
Student has no clue on what is happening, mentors are for name sake who are least bothered.
Finally we asked for cancellation in October when they asked us to email to [protected]@byjus.com.
After emailing them a multiple times we are still waiting for a response. Initially we were mislead for about a month by giving incorrect email address. Every time I call they say we will arrange a call back and we keep waiting.
There are times we get missed calls probably to maintain a record that they called. But no person to speak with.
But the finance guys do not stop. They are continuously calling and harrowing me after knowing that I have asked for cancellation.

I am looted financially and harrassed mentally.
Need this resolved as soon as possible. Its been 2 months that my Credit score is hampered.
I am again worried how long would this harassments last.

Attached are emails we sent with NO RESPONSE FROM BYJUS!
