Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the educational course purchased from BYJU'S during the year 2023. The course fee was financed through a finance company arranged by BYJU'S representatives.
At the time of enrollment in 2023, I was assured that the promised educational services, course access, academic support, mentoring assistance, and other related facilities would be provided throughout the course period. However, despite the loan amount having been disbursed to BYJU'S by the finance company, the promised services were not provided satisfactorily and the course benefits assured at the time of enrollment were not delivered.
Since 2023, I have made several attempts to contact BYJU'S customer support seeking resolution of the issue. However, no satisfactory action has been taken. Meanwhile, the loan account associated with the course continues to be reflected in my credit report, and it is now being reported as overdue, adversely affecting my CIBIL score and overall creditworthiness.
It is unjust and unreasonable for me to bear the financial burden of a loan for services that were not provided by BYJU'S. The negative reporting in my credit history has caused financial hardship and reputational damage.
In view of the above, I request BYJU'S to:
Investigate this matter on priority.
Provide a detailed explanation regarding the non-provision of the educational services promised at the time of enrollment in 2023.
Coordinate with the concerned finance company and take necessary steps for cancellation/closure of the loan account, wherever applicable.
Ensure removal of all adverse remarks and overdue status reported to credit bureaus including CIBIL, Experian, CRIF High Mark, and Equifax.
Arrange for issuance of a No Due Certificate and Loan Closure Letter from the finance company, if eligible.
Provide a written resolution to this complaint within 15 days from the receipt of this letter.
I therefore request your immediate intervention and an amicable resolution of this matter.
