Byju's — Getting amount deducted even after a full payment is done

This is to inform that I had joined the CAT course in 2023 in BYJU'S where I agreed to have installments but after 2 months of installment. They provided a diwali offer of 35% of discount on remaining amount, we agreed it, and made a payment, but till now we are getting the messages and once got deduction of money for those installments even after these many days and I had also emailed them but no one answered the email nor they had picked with helpline number. I would be very gratefull if you could help to resolve it as I am a just a student.
