I have taken one course from BYJU"s in jan 2023, for that byjus have taken a loan from your app without my consent. Then I cancelled that course for some reason in the month of feb 2023 .I also got a refund from Byjus but the loan is still active . Whenever i called the customer care of byjus to close that loan they asked to wait for completion of 1 years as they settle the loan after completion of 1 year but its still reflecting and going default . This is also impacting my cibil score . I only agreed to buy the course. They gave me the option of emi but they didn't inform me that they were going to take a loan from any app. so, once I cancelled the course I thought it would cancel automatically but it's still going on .
I request you to help me regarding this as they were not responding positively but I also got refunded so I thought it would also cancel automatically. I am attaching the cancellation mail that shows that course already gets cancelled in the month of feb 2023 itself. I am also attaching the agreement that I get from incred. Please look into this and do the needful to solve this issue as it is also affecting my cibil score.
