We purchased a Live Classes with Two Teachers Benefit Programme from BYJU's on 8th September, 2021 and on 10th September, we cancelled the programme via email. In all the official emails from BYJU's, it was written that there is a 15 days no strings attached return policy. But now they are not replying to our emails even after repeated follow up from our end. They are not giving any confirmation of our cancellation and refund. They are pressurizing us to collect the books and tablet, but we do not need them as we have already cancelled the programme. They are making up new stories and lying and harassing us over call. But they are not giving any written document supporting whatever they are saying. Despite our requests, they are not sending us any email regarding the cancellation confirmation and refund. This is already the eighth day and yet no-one has given us any cancellation confirmation or initiated our refund. Please help us. The company service and after sale policy is absolutely terrible. They are misguiding us, practically harassing us over phone and wasting our time.
