I (Srinivas Ekbote F/o Student Akshara Ekbote, Student Login ID# [protected], would like to file the Consumer complaint against the Byju's Education Institute Offline Tuition Center which they have cheated saying they will provide the Offline classes for 4 Yrs (7th Class to 10th Class) at Narayanguda Branch, Hyderabad.
I have paid Rs/- 99, 000 for my Daughter for the Byju's Offline tuition classes by taking the Interest paid Loan from ICICI Bank. After she attended 7th and 8th Class all of a sudden Offline institute has been closed without any information. Then after she tried to attend the Online classes but online Instructor was very rarely used to come in Online and obsoletely no classes was conducted. Tried to reach out and call to Byju's Customer Helpdesk multiple times, initially they used to lift the calls and take all the details of the student but later no action / no response from them at all. I requested for the Refund of the proportional 2 Yrs amount Rs 50, 000 They said amt has been refunded back to me but when I asked the details there was no response from them. Even Customer numbers are not working I dropped a number of emails to them and most of the email IDs are getting bounced.

All of a sudden Offline Narayanguda Branch, Hyderabad institute was closed without any notice or information and customer care centers are also not responding to the calls and emails.
I request Consumer court to take action against Byjus institute and provide judgement for me to get my money back from them. To pay the tuition Fee I have taken the Credit Card loan from ICICI bank thinking that this is a excellent education institute and my child can learn a lot in the competitive world.
This is the Byjus deficiency in service and cheating the Students in the name of education which is a unfair trade practice and online fraud and hence I am claiming a refund of the entire course fees paid to Byjus with compensation along with the applicable interest rates for harassment and mental agony. I have spent lot of time sending the number of emails and calling to the customer help center and providing the information multiple times.
