Byju's — Unable to access grade 10 courses from learn station

I had taken up byjus classes for grade 8, 9 and 10. Now i am not able to access the grade 10 videos. No help available online and offline. How to proceed?

Its the most crucial part of the course. We have shelled in so much of money on this believing the firm! Its so unfair from the company's side that we are not given any kind of help and have abruptly shut down.
Either refund my amount or activate the classes.
