We had worst taxi service till after we booked cabbazar taxi with booking id 8617 dated 16th may'19 and making advance payment of rs 3530/-. I booked for assured innova from their website https://cabbazar.com for outstation trip with my family. I received driver's information on my mail id as below
Your booking (Id:8617) has been confirmed. Nandu kuntal ([protected]) will arrive with toyota innova (Ch02aa2078) on 17/05/2019 at 10:15 pm

You will receive the final amount through sms after completing the journey in driver's app.
On the date of journey i was in constant touch with cabbazar team as well as driver. I requested for proponent of travel time by 2 hours, i. E., by 8:00 pm which they agree on telecon. Since we were 2 families so we decided to meet at a common place at pvr saket, so that driver should not have confusion and we can start as early as possible. Before coming out of our houses we confirmed with cabbazar team and they assured me that driver will reach at destination sharp by 8:00 pm at saket pvr. We reached at pick up destination 15 minutes earlier of scheduled departure time. When i asked for whereabouts of driver, i was told by cabbazar team that driver has refused to go at last moment and they will book another innova cab which will reach by 10:15 pm only. Since we were with our families and kids and lot luggages so we were a bit disturbed with this news but we agreed for another cab as requested for driver's details. We waited patiently with our families, kids and luggages at a nearby hotel. There was no driver's details with me till 10:00 pm. At 10:10 pm, cabbazar team person on mobile number [protected] shared driver's details whose number was switched off. When i contacted cabbazar team on mobile number [protected], they told me that driver is still on the way i should keep patience. Since all the shops were closed, waiting with 2-3 years kids late in night with luggage was horrible experience. At 11;30 pm, i contacted cabbazar team on on mobile number [protected], told me that this cab has refused to go i have to cancel booking now. When i said we are severe issues as we were with kids cabbazar team person on mobile number [protected] was shamelessly laughing on listening all this.
At our utmost frustration, we asked him to cancel the booking and asked for refund immediately which he said will take 5-6 working days. Since, we had already booked hotel at place to visit so we booked cab on almost 1.5th cost late in night by 2:00 am.
We need immediate refund of payment against our booking id :8617 & 8603 and compensation of rs 7000/- for the difference of amount that i had to pay to new cab
