Cadbury India — Assured offer?? | |||
Hi I bought Cadbury Perk Family pack and Diary Milk family pack in end of January 2015 from Nigiris, Rajakilpakkam Chennai. Where i was given a coupon stating that i will be receiving ASSURED GIFT OF 2 FREE MOVIE TICKETS, if i log in and get registered in cadburyhellojoy.bigcityrewards.in. My coupon number is [protected] i received messages on 9th and 10th February, stating that my number was unreachable and i called to the number[protected] on 11th and 12th, none picked call but i was getting charged for making these calls. on 12th February evening somebody from your call centre called me and assured me that issued will be sorted out and asked us to call on 13th February on [protected]. i did but again none picked the call. on 16 th February i am receiving a message that "our repeated attempts to reac you on different intervals to confirm ... call[protected] and place a fresh request" even i tried yesterday around 4pm to the said number and its again unresponsive To what extent are you going to drag us for receiving this ASSURED OFFER from you Is this the way you treat the customers?
