Cadbury — Urgent Quality Complaint - Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolates

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the quality issues we have been repeatedly facing with Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolates. On several occasions, the chocolates have either had an unusual taste, developed fungus, or shown other defects — all despite being within their expiry date.

We spend our hard-earned money on your products with the expectation of receiving the high quality that Cadbury is known for. However, these repeated issues not only cause financial loss but also put consumers’ health at risk. It is alarming that some people have even fallen ill after consuming such products.

Given Cadbury’s reputation as a trusted and globally recognized brand, such incidents are unacceptable. I urge you to take immediate corrective action to address these quality control lapses, strengthen your production checks, and ensure this does not happen again. While the money already spent cannot be recovered, we expect a responsible and prompt resolution from your side to restore consumer trust and safeguard public health.
