[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Amount charged more than actual bill | |||
Hello, My name is Sanket Watharkar. Today I had visited your outlet in Dahanukar colony PUNE. I would like to inform you that amount charged was higher than the actual bill. Bill was given only when I asked for.(bill and card charge slip attached).After seeing the bill, I asked for the explanation she started giving silly reasons and manipulated the incident. As the payment was made by card, I had the proof otherwise she would have simply denied her cheating. Like other outlets there was no number of city manager displayed anywhere for immediate complaint. When asked for the number to the cashier she simply refused to give and replied very arrogantly and in a very insulting manner. This is not a way to talk to a customer and simply not expected from a reputed company like CCD. I would like the management to look in to the matter and take serious action against the cashier.
