[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Not received deposit back even after 7 months of returning the coffee machine

We are a cafe and we had hired the coffee machine from cafe coffee day considering this might enhance our business and attract more customer. However this did not materialize and keeping the coffee machine was getting unaffordable. So we returned the machine and requested the refund. The machine was collected in march 2020 and we are in september now and still the deposit has not been refunded. Dozens of emails and phone calls have fallen on deaf ears. For a small business like ours even the deposit amount could help keep the business alive.
If you hire a coffee machine from them then my advice is to write off your deposit amount or donot return the machine unless they refund the deposit.
