Iam DHARANALA.laxminaryana i had worked in AMALGAMATED HOLDINGS (P) LTD FROM 2000 TO 2005..My PF number in my office provided NUMBER KN/23612/498...But when iam visited Bangalore PF office

manually registered 545 number an another person...but entire details is my family details on the same number 545.. so that i have raised complaint also through advocate and 17 years completed but till

date there is any response..i have also visited 4 to 5 times but my PF settled on the 498 number but i have not received this amount ..naveen kumar has received the same amount on the same number..

BUT my company said to me PF people done wrong settlement..so that my company will again provide any letter proof from their side regarding my PF settlement.. please consider my mail and my ...

I bought the machine but ever since then i am unable to use because of the unavailability of the capsules. I would like to request a solution for all the people who had bought such a expensive machine (14.5k) where they depended heavily on the company to provide the capsules on the regular basis and they stopped making them without informing them or giving them some sort of solution.

The Orion Wakecup capsules coffee machine has been sold but the company not providing the capsules rendering the machine useless. The capsules be supplied so that we can use the machine

Few days back, CCD at Sector 11, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra; have started forcing their customers to buy 2 items atleast while placing the order, otherwise the order will not be processed (even if you are visiting alone). When I asked the staff about the same, they said the order has come from higher management and they want to push the sales of other merchandise ( cookie / chocolate / chips / junk food). I generally dont prefer sweets and junk food. I go to this place coz I like coffee. This strategy of forcing customer's to buy things is really pathetic.

I have tried to reach out to you and the company's HR department several times to inquire about my payment, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication and disregard for my rights as an employee is unacceptable.

I would like to request that my outstanding salary be paid to me as soon as possible. I have bills and other financial obligations that I am unable to fulfill without the payment owed to me. Furthermore, the delay in payment has caused me significant stress and anxiety.

This is regarding uncooperative behaviour of staff present in Yatharth Hospital, Greater Noida West. I ordered a cup of chicken of noodles which was ₹35, I gave him a ₹200 note which he refused to accept so I gave him a ₹100 note which he again refused saying that he didn't have any change. When I asked him that there were a lot of people ordering from him since the morning so there must be enough change available he simply said "what can I do?" I obviously walked away and didn't order. This isn't about not getting my order or he did not have any change the problem is that the staff simply doesn't not care even if he did not have any change he could have talked to me to find another way of payment maybe online or card but no he didn't care. This behaviour is never appreciated specially when the store is in a hospital, people are already tensed and irritated of various reasons and staff like this just exploits their position because they know that the people can't buy food/beverages from elsewhere. I have been to CCD a lot of times and never had this kind of experience.

As I’m regular customer of ccd jp nagar facing this issue frequently, the employees constantly ask to order after me billing for cold coffee every 1 hour I’m expected to bill. How can someone force their customers to order inspite of me wanting nothing. There is no policy such as to make customer forcibly ordering. One more issue is that prices have been increased 25% on cold coffees that would be fine but no one has the authority to ask customer to make bill of 2 items if we are of 3 people i want this issues to be solved asap

I was working in CCD since feb 2015 and as per my salary slip Im paying every month 600rs for my PF but the UAN number was not given to us and I cant apply any PF request.. I try do get an UAN number online they give it but not able to activate coz the company is not able to get it link to the establishment. so what is the best option to get the PF?

I visited CCD lake mall kolkata branch on 11/03/23 at around 8:30PM. Ordered green tea (300ml) and banana chips. I had asked for an extra cup because I wanted to share the tea with my partner. To which the staff denied and said your order amount is too small for an extra cup. I was insulted infront of other guests leaving me with no other choice but to leave their outlet without consuming my food.

On 13th of December 2022, my wife and I visited the CCD outlet at Gundulpet and ordered snacks and coffee worth Rs. 1061. My wife paid the amount but due to network issues, the amount initially wasn't debited. So I paid the amount through my Gpay and 5 minutes later, my wife's account was also debited with the same amount.
We approached the customer executive Shiva with the screenshots and he noted it down and said that he'll report this to the accounts team and the money shall be credited back to one of our accounts (since it was a double payment) by 4-5 days. However, it has been more than 3 weeks and there hasn't been any response from the accounts team. Kindly help.

The Water jar of the machine is leaking and no coffee is coming out inspite enough water going in and it is leaking from below. No service or spares are available online on the website .

The price of walnut brownie with vanilla ice cream has been increased whereas the size of the brownie has decreased.Also, the taste was not up to the mark.

Coffee machine blinking red light and beeping constantly when turn on and when button is pressed to dispense coffee machine makes a noise but nothing comes out of spout. How can I get it repaired

Ordered Tangerine White Chocolate Cappuccino at Café Coffee Day branch of 2/1A, Raja Kali Krishna Ln, Raja Nabakrishna Street, Sovabazar, Hati Bagan, Shyam Bazar, Kolkata, West Bengal 700005 on 02.10.2022 at 8.03 pm. Firstly, just after completing the order one of the employee came and constantly more than three times told to change the seat where I sat. Secondly, after 10 minutes from the serve of coffee at table that particular employee came once again and told to vacant the seat. I had not completed my cup of coffee at that time but had to left the place for the harsh behavior. This kinds of behaviours I also get in much before time but did not lodge any complain. This kinds of behaviour is just intolerable. If possible please check the CCTV of that branch for more clarification.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.

The worker took payment twice for one hot chocolate, saying payment was unsuccessful. But both the time money was deducted from my account and never recieved refund for first transaction. It's been 2 weeks and the worker is not responding to my calls or messages. This is his contact number: [protected]. This cafe is situated in apollo hospital, jubilee hills, Hyderabad, Telangana. I want my refund.. As this was clearly fraud.

A celesta machine was returned on 10.5.22 (delivery challan attached). I have still not received the security deposit as on 13.9.22.

Repeated communications via e-mail and phone calls have gone ignored. The concerned authorities say that the refund is 'in process' but it's been over 60 days.

Please find all relevant documents attached and issue a refund ASAP.
