This happened in VR mall Chennai. I went to have a coffee and ordered for 2 and also fir a smoked chicken Chipotle sandwich. The order though repeated more than once was taken wrongly by Ms Preethi. Was served very late with coffee which was not even warm and with a spinach and corn sandwich. When asked she just told that I asked for it though the other staff apologized and said they could change it. My kid came later and ordered for a coffee. During the billing she had made it as a combo and 2 coffees and told a higher amount before the bill came out. Later she gave the correct change and the bill. When asked why she was impertinent enough nit to apologize for her mistake. My worst experience in Coffee day.

Are you people still exist or closed your services in Hyderabad?

Regarding Wakecup milk frother product issue, sent many emails to [protected]@cafecoffeeday.com and [protected]@coffeeday.com. It's been 15 days but no response...

Date of the incident - 29 June 2021

We have requested to take the machine back in March 2021 via mail. But it has not been collected from the service department end. It's a fault from their end and charging to pay the months of April, may, June where we have not used at all. Not ready to give us any acknowledgment that the deposit amount of 25, 000 will be refunded. There is a trust issue also with the service provider named mani.

So, if the service provider is ready to refund and not charge any amount of 3 months. And if they refund the deposit amount. We can return the machine.

We have returned machine on[protected] but not received our Deposit amount of Rs. 25000/- yet from the CCD. We are continuously following up with the Relationship Manager Mr. Mayank Pandit, since Dec-20, but every time he given excuses. Also no any reply given to mails.

Dear Team,

We have received Vending machine in 17.08.2020, but due to covide 19 lockdon, Machine was not installed by the company, afterward on 29.01.2021 machine taken away by the company's vender.
Now Coffee day is suppose to refund the security deposit of Rs.15000/-, am continuously following up with concern sales in-charge regularly but nothing happened till now.
I have attached my latest email sent to CCD sales team, refund confirmation letter issued by the CCD person & machine inward receipt from the Agency.

Please review all the above provided information & do the needful

We are regular customer of CCD and we usually sit at powai and borivali branch wherein powai is the main branch where we visit.

But i have observed that there has been partiality from your staff side for different customer. From last 2-3 Visit we have faced infrastructure Issue as well.

Infrastructure - From last 2-3 Visit we are facing washroom problem wherein saying that no water but for regular customer they are allowing depending on their relation with the client. and we are said NO.

Partiality - Daily Client has been allowed to sit outside for unlimited time and yesterday they said to my wife that we cant sit for longer time.

Why such kind of partiality and such behaviour, aren't we paying money our one time bill is almost 600-700, and we generally visit 3-4 times in a month and sometimes more than that.

So is it so that different people will be treated differently or that we are paying less money or no money, Kindly justify.

I have orderd coffee capsule through ccd online website . it now more then 10 days i didnt get any update regarding my order register my complaint through ccs website bit i couldnt get any reply .it is very disturbing that there is no any option there to treck the order .i also try to contact through customer care no but there is no respond .it is very big and famous company but this all is very disturbing for me as a customer ..i

Mis behave with the customer.. No manner to talk with the customer..

I m at cafe coffee day saltlake sector 5 ordered devils own and it was not like the correct own not in consistency not taste even the staff couldn't provide bill. They told to submit money through phonepay on their own phone number and latter when we ask bill they couldn't provide. They charged money rs 435. The cold coffee was given in normal plastic glass not in the original glass. No idea how to solve this problem . Hope I will get feedback soon.

I have returned the rental coffee machine to CCD authorized distributor "Prime Enterprises" with complete accessories in Nov (10/11/2020) month since we the staff was working from home.

It's been six months now, Coffee day team is just giving excuses every time with unacceptable reasons. I have waited enough & decided to raise this issue in this forum.

Hi, today in Thane branch of CCD in panchpakhadi, I ordered a garlic bread, a hot chocolate, and a regular late. And I was charged 853 INR. I asked for bill, and was given an excuse that the machine isn’t working. I asked to give me a photo of the price on the screen, I was told that it already went. I asked for a manual script of bill. I was still not given one.
Please look forward into this. This is hard earned money, and being overcharged for something like this, and denying request of bill is highly unacceptable and highly below standards of reputation of CCD

We returned the coffee day machine as per the guidelines given to us and 4equested for security deposit

It has been over 6 months and follow ups with coffee day enterprises office in Delhi

When we go to supreme distributors wwho sold us the machine and material, they send us to Himesh Bassi, marketing manager of coffee day in Delhi

Them after 5 months of follow up Himesh points to a person in finance teamSanjay who says the person who has to refund is changed

I have just came out from your outlet at manisquare .mr suvijit was serving me.i was served in a clay cup. When askee they said the policy hasbeen changed from oct 1 .this is ridiculous and utter lie as afew days ago i have visited tobin road ccd. I visited CCD at Connaught Place, Delhi on 17th October 2020. We ordered one cold coffee and one cappuccino. But was billed inappropriately and upon discussion was informed that the bill is correct. I have attached a copy of the bill here as well. The bill was huge and also of not the items I had ordered.

Ccd vip road, koyla bihar kolkata has set up 4 tables outsides for customers who smoke in a very small area, hence not abiding by the rules of social distancing. This is unacceptable and ccd is comprising on our safety. Being a regular customer there, i am very disturbed by this.
