[Resolved]  Cafe Coffee Day — Bad Quality Product

I have been a regular customer of CCD for last 5 years and especially love the Cruchy Frappe which I first tasted from CCD at Silkboard junction. I have been visiting their branches specially at Indranagar & Horamavu. Recently I visited their Jalvayuvihar Kamanahalli branch and ordered the Cruchy Frappe which came out as a pale coloured liquidy juice which wasn't even cold enough with Oreo not even crunchy as it is supposed to be. I complained about the same to the staff and she brought a similar shake again. The quality standards of CCD has gone down so much in the recent past and they have started compromising on their food taking people for granted for their infrastructure. I wont be visiting CCD anytime soon specially the JalVayuvihar Kamanahalli branch, high time start exploring other Coffee Shops in and around the area which serve better quality food and ambience.
