[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Bill not received during the payment. | |||
I'm Simran Kaur, regular customer of cafe coffee day which exist in Belapur Sector 11. I went inside and ordered for a cappiccinno and I asked for the bill. The cashier Mr.Rohan was on the phone I paid and asked him to give me the bill when he will issue the order. I got my order but not the bill. I ordered at 5.45pm. I asked the staff member to issue the bill. He went inside and did not get the bill. I asked for around 5times still bill was not issued. Later I called the cashier itself and asked him for the bill. I got an amazing reply that "I have punched somebody elses bill in your bill." I told him I want my cappucinno bill any how. He went inside and gave me bill which was punched on 7.17pm. I want you to take an action against this billing issue. This is not the first time, things had happened before also but I ignored. But this time I won't. Was this information helpful? | |||
