[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Billing | |||
My wife had ordered for a cafe frappe and she was charged for Choco frappe when enquired the cashier told her this is the charge for cafe frappe, later I rang up to the store and enquired they said it was a mistake and the cash would be refunded and they made drive back to ccd again and when I went there this is what the cashier told me "sir, we had charged for Choco frappe because she had asked for Choco frappe, thank you and good night " . Is this the way loots the customers ?? I'm going to make it a point that I'm bringing this matter to a consumer court if not strictly dealt with ! Was this information helpful? | |||
