Dear Sir i visited your one of the store at Moolchand Metro Station New Delhi dated 11 July'14. at the time of billing i offered a credit card but the swap machine was not working, it was really like a disappointing that a world class coffee chain dont have alternate machine or good one. This was at CCD at Meenakshi Mall Bangalore. This happened the first time. Ordered an Assam Tea and Masala Chai and the bill came upto Rs.289. On further enquiry it looked like the guy had given matcha latte inside of Masala Chai with some express add ons which were not there on the bill. The guys name was Muneer and Rs.100 was given back by a part time guy called Ravi. The money was not the problem but the ethics. Kindly train the new people better. Probably a simple confirmation of order will do. First below quality experience in 9+ years.
