[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — charged for a more expensive product

In the park street located store i was charged for "plum pudding coffee" (Inr 150) and the bill mentioned the same while i had asked for a plain cappuccino and was served the same. The workers didn't wear any name tags and on asking their names they gave "sangram and kumar". Their reply to the bill was that this was the only way they would be serving coffees ; inr 100 extra for a regular cappuccino. The reason for no name tags was that they weren't given any.
Upon insisting that a king size cappuccino costs the same they refused to increase the size as well.
Its basically being bullied to pay inr 211 for a regular cappuccino even when the bill says "plum pudding".

The guy in the picture named "kumar" who had served.
