[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — customer service and customer care services | |||||
I visted ccd powai on 19/11/2017 with my one friend and a prospective partner for business meeting. I ordered lemon tea, ice coffee and water bottle and began my meeting around 4pm, as we were engrossed in the meeting i did not saw the time and the meeting went till 6pm and along with that finishing our meal. One waiter comes and ask us to leave as we were sitting for long. I replied that i won't get up unless i finish with my meeting to which he replied that "you won't be allowed again in this premises henceforth" I later put up a formal email to the ccd management to which they said they will look into the matter (Copy attached). I called the customer care where she said that there is no time limit to sit in the restaurant (Audio of call record attached). Later i constantly tried to demand for the investigation which was not responded (Copy attached). Later i sent a legal notice of the incident to which they replied that "ccd is not meeting place, it's a restaurant". A restaurant where you buy 150 bucks coffee which is not even worth 15 bucks. I was big time fan of ccd but now that brand has created a bad image in my mind. Ridiculous customer services and no use of customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||||
