[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — delay in online order | |||
Ordered an expresso maker on apr 11, 2019. Called 3 times, 13th apr, 16th apr and 19th apr and everytime was told that "the order will be shipped today". Till date i have not received any update on where my product is even after the payment was done!!! The agents in bangalore customer care are equally unprofessional and lost.
