Hello Team,
On 13th of December 2022, my wife and I visited the CCD outlet at Gundulpet and ordered snacks and coffee worth Rs. 1061. My wife paid the amount but due to network issues, the amount initially wasn't debited. So I paid the amount through my Gpay and 5 minutes later, my wife's account was also debited with the same amount.
We approached the customer executive Shiva with the screenshots and he noted it down and said that he'll report this to the accounts team and the money shall be credited back to one of our accounts (since it was a double payment) by 4-5 days. However, it has been more than 3 weeks and there hasn't been any response from the accounts team. Kindly help.
