I got a call from cafe coffee day, new delhi i response to my earlier post and the person was asking to refund the money but did not get the complete details from me and disconnected the call. I got call from the number +91-[protected].
I tried this number but its coming invalid number. Please suggest and look into the matter.

Updated by tushgupt I would like to complain against cafe coffee day outlet in pusa road karol bagh. I went this morning and i ordered two cold coffee frappe and one with sugar free. First he did not give the bill & took payment. Then he served the coffees. When i argued for bill, he gave the bill and there i found that i got cheated as he charged for 'devil's own' coffee for sugar-free order although he gave us cafe frappe sugar free. When i asked about explanation, he simply refused to agree his mistake and did not give my extra money back he charged. I would like you to look into the matter and revert with solution. Other required details are as follows:
