With due respect, I would like to request relevant Café Coffee Day authorities to kindly clear my F&F due amount. I had given up my distributorship two years back and till today i.e. 14th Nov 2015 I had not received the F&F Amount of approx. 3.75 Lacs. I had sent several mails and spoken with Authorities CCD at 24x7, Vikroli, Ghatkoper branch but I am getting date after date... with no proper resolution. I want my money back ASAP. I was Distributor of Café Coffee Day and had done my job correctly ..

I had given Bank Guarantee of Rs One Lac and Security deposit to Café Coffee Day.

Today when I had called CCD personal I came to know that the distributor data has been deleted, which seems to be very unprofessional.

As per Indian Accounting standards, all accounts needs to be mentioned for a period of 5 years where money is involved directly or indirectly. And if Service team is saying that they are not having any data, then it is a breach of Statutory requirement.

CCD had recently gone into IPO and if CCD does not preserve the data of distributor, then how will they keep the record of the investors who had invested, how will CCD keep proper statutory records...

This is highly unprofessional...
