[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Improper Quality of food | |||
Dear Customer care : I had visited Cafe Coffee Day on 18th April 2015, Saturday. I had purchased Double Choco Chips cookie, amongst other items from there under bill no. 979. To my utter dismay, when i reached home and open the box, most of the cookies were broken and crumbs were falling. I tried to reach on the number provided on the invoice but to no avail. It seems the numbers is out of service. I do not expect such a product to be supplied by a chain of wide repute and fame. I have also attached the photo of the same for your reference. I am a regular customer of CCD and totally disappointed with this. I intend to strongly take this up on failing to hear from you soon. Regards Chirag Was this information helpful? | |||
