[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Inability of the staff at a store | |||
I recently visited the ccd store in the Hyderabad airport. Where I gave the person in the counter a 100 rupees and asked for a water bottle. I was talking on the phone with someone and didn't ask for the bottle for a few minutes. When I asked them for the bottle they said I never gave the money. I sked for the CCTV footage for clarification but they said its in Bangalore, and their response was poor. I had to pay again for the bottle. It's not the matter of money but in important places like the airport many ppl come and go. It's not advisable to have such incapable staff in such places. Was this information helpful? | |||
