[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Inability to service Cafe Coffee Day Machine | |||
Purchase of coffee machine for home use - December 2014. I have been trying to get said machine serviced since 1st May 2015. However, the company has been unable to send a technician for the same. While the company has provided technician contact details, the technician has expressed his inability to attend to the complaint, due to personal reasons.
