[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — insulting behaviour by staff | |
Very bad behavior by staff with an aged person. Shouting and telling him to leave as he didn't order something for an hour and was sitting there discussing something. This happened for the second time. That employee literally shouted and i am highly disappointed with this ccd branch. How can you treat your customers like this.
