[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Mis handling of customer | |||
Today I have visited ccd branch of kasturi nagar, bangalore. Only one person named abhishek was handling the entire store during busy lunch hour. When i have requested him to take my order mr abhishek told to wait for 5 minutes as he is very busy. After half an hour of waiting when I have again requested him for the order he simply refuses and told that I havr to wait more as he is very busy. This kind of incidents hampers the brand image of ccd. And i wish that management should take care of this kind of employees Was this information helpful? | |||
