This is M.Madhukar.K.Pai (mobile no. [protected]) my Cafe Moments card no. is [protected]. I have unfortunately enrolled as your cafe moments member since past December 2013 and have made more than 10-12 purchases at your Bhattarahalli OMR road Banglore outlet regularly. while subscribing i had been informed by your bhattarahalli officials after 5 or 6 purchses i will be getting my free coffee cappuccino reward. regret to inform which has not been given to me even after 10-12 purchases. when contacted your bhattarahalli outlet officials including the manager i have been informed to lodge a complaint with the company. is this way you all operate and harras the coustomer and wants him to lodge complaints. trust you will look into the matter and do the needful immediately yours faithfully M.Madhukar.K.Pai [protected] [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Thank you for bringing the issue to our notice.
As discussed, your number is listed under the DND (Do Not Disturb) list and hence, you are not receiving our sms regards the Cafe Moments card.
We are sending you an email with the promotional messages, and the process to opt in to messages from Cafe Coffee Day.
Also, both the promotional codes are available on the official website under My Rewards. You can log into Cafe Moments to access the same.
