[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Not Accepting Coffee Voucher | |||||
I had visited Café Coffee Day at Deonar ( opp Telecom Factory ) to redeem a Coffee Voucher yesterday 4th April 2017. On seeing the Voucher, the person at the counter promptly told me that the voucher cannot be redeemed at their outlet & I should go to some other outlet. His body language & attitude signified that if one wishes to pay by cash or credit card, he should take the coffee or else go to some other place. They were a set o[censored]nprofessional guys manning the CCD Outlet. As I was accompanied by a friend, I had no option but to buy the coffee & pay by credit card ( scanned copy of Bill & payment proof attached herewith ). As a customer, this experience was very embarassing & has caused lot of inconvenience to me. Request to take this up strongly internally & revert with RCA ( root cause analysis ) & CAPA ( corrective action preventive action ) to avoid such incidences in future. A line in reply to this mail is awaited. Ideally, CCD should compensate by giving me a new voucher for the forced expenses of Rs 288 /= done by me yesterday. Thanx & Best Regards Paresh S.
