Cafe Coffee Day — Not get refund from last 8 months | |||||
We took annual contract for the supply of tea / coffee etc & other beverages through your cafe coffee day machine. We end the contract in nov 2015. It has been more than 8 months (22 july 2016) and still we don't get a refund. If we asked ccd employee they answer was you will get the refund soon. It hard to know soon means 6 month or 12 months.
