[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — online order not processed | |||
Hi, I had placed a prepaid order online at cafecoffeeday.com/shop/buy, with order number[protected] on 9th feb 2018. I was assured that it will be shipped within 2-3 days and will be delivered within a week. 6 days have passed by and the order hasn't been shipped yet. Customer care has no clue when it will be shipped. Also I was told that I cannot cancel the order since the payment has been processed and a refund cannot be issued.
