Cafe coffee day is redefining the heights of pathetic service. I placed an online order for coffee and coffee maker on 14 March. Till date it has not been delivered. Pathetic customer care - you got to be lucky to get your call answered.. And if answered the response gives you a feeling of why you called. The response I get is out of stock.
