[Resolved]  Cafe Coffee Day — Poor customer service

I am a frequent visitor of CCD, Hudson Lane, New Delhi. The quality of service provided by this place has deteriorated drastically. Some of the staff members are very rude. Moreover, we come to cafes like this to study and have important discussions. But they play item songs and advertisements on TV at high volumes. When asked to lower the volume, either they will not respond or reduce it by an amount that is almost negligible. This is annoying. Moreover sometimes both TV and music plays simultaneously creating a mess! It's a humble request to look into the matter and ask them to play music at sound levels that is soothing. Being attached to this place and having lots of memories I do not want to shift to Costa Coffee or Barista...but I might have to if this continues. please do the needful.
