[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — quality of the product : too much oil non edible | |
Hello! I am a regular customer for CCD and lately I am having very bad experiences with your product menu. I ordered for veg puff and samosa at your outlet on Hosur Road, Bangalore. The samosa was very tasty and flavourful. There was no excess oil too. But the veg puff was horrible. It was full of oil. Even after asking for replacement--the same type of super oily veg puff was served. Pictures attached for your reference. I hope you will look into the quality of the puff.
