I am Sumanto Ghosh my registered mobile no.[protected] with your ccd app. yesterday i visit your asansol centrum mall ccd store for cofee and order a cold cofee for Rs 145/- from my app wallet, but store keeper also charge me Rs140/- cash. i found that i spend cash 140 and also 145 from my wallet for one cup of cold coffee. store keeper also informed me that my app money will be refunded under 24 hours. so please take necessary action from your end as soon as possible.
