[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Unethical practice of promoting business and cheating. | |||
I have cafe moment card and they claim to offer free drink after every 5th transaction. To avail this I make sure I recharge my moment card and use it for all my transactions. I have received about 10 such promo codes in my account however when I try to redeem then at outlets, the staff will say its an invalid code. Now this is something bad because you are asking customers to pay up advance by recharging moment card offering free drink and then send such codes which are invalid. I approached Aditi who takes care of complains but she didnt even had manners to reply to complain. I have read receipt of my email too which confirms she had already gone through the email complain. I also approached Venu M, Director of CCD via email and same thing, got read receipt of email but no reply. Pathatic Was this information helpful? | |||
