I have been a regular customer of your Product for over 15 years as you will see from Coffee Card No. BLL[protected], wherein you will notice that I have logged in well over 25, 000 points. Yesterday, I purchased, from your Outlet on 17th Cross/8th Main Junction, Malleswaram.Bangalore 560 055 against Bill No 1777 dated 16/06/2105 the following Quantities of Coffee...300gms Peabury and 300gms Plantation A along with 50 gms of Chicory as I have been doing all these years. I am disappointed at the total lack of flavour of this Particular lot and the inconstancy of your quality. Where the Quality of the Coffee has been appreciated by one and all when they visited us, I will be constrained to offer the same anymore . Your immediate response will be appreciated
