I had ordered a photo cake on the website Cakesportal.in on May 16, 2022, order id #38854. I had paid Rs.599 using debit card. On the next day I received a mail demanding extra charges of Rs 350 for processing this order, which I didnot pay.
No cake was delivered and no refund was made. Please help.
