Cakesportal.in — Order got cancelled by cakesportal and have not refunded my amount

I made the order tat cakesportal.in on 16th May 2022 they took me through the payment getway and deducted the amount but after sometime they cancelled my order and have not refunded my money. I want some serious action to be taken on this .
