Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Didn't receive any payment receipt (Consumer no. [protected]) | |||
I was trying to make my electricity payment of inr.800 through sbi mastercard debit card today (01.05.2017) evening. My consumer no. [protected] and my customer id is [protected]. After entering all the card details when i clicked the 'pay now' button, it shows that the payment is under process inspite of giving me the payment receipt of the same. The windows also suggested me not to go back and refresh the page. The also said that the payment is under provess and the cesc didn't receive the payment yet. I haven't received any msgs from the bank side or the cesc side that the payment is successful. The amount inr.800 isn't debited from the account yet. I checked the a/c balance twice. I was worried that if i shall make the same payment again, the amount will be credited twice into cesc's account or not. Did cesc actually receive the payment (Inr 800) yet? Shall i make the same payment yet again through online. I was using axis bank payment gateway that time. Please response me back as soon as possible. Shall i make my online payment again.
