Dear sir, please don't send any massages in my mobile ([protected]) of already paid 12/16 bill rs.710/ through net banking sbi on14.1.17 ref. tapanib 35756438, customerid [protected], billno. [protected]. But, 02/17 bill not send in sbi net banking biller place i. e i am first time pay bill after due date though this not my fault which is your fault. hope, being an o/c of kolkata police i will get your co-operation in this matter. Recently I changed to a new meter for overload.But new meter reading not done for 3 months hence unit consumption spiralling. Recent reading on, , 9 :03 17 is zero but actually 450 plus units showing in meter reading. I fear a huge cumulative bill in future. My con no [protected]. Dr P S Halder.
