[protected], EMAIL - [protected]@GMAIL.COM i am shocked to receive bill for Rs. 9710/- (covering a period of 3 months - july, 2020, august, 2020 and september 2020.) i have paid the bill to avoid disconnection, but you are requested to please look at the following facts :- (bill amount / units consumed / billed) 2019 2020 july 3140 (units[protected]units - 423) august 1890 (units[protected]units - 328) september 1280 (units[protected]units - 411) you can clearly see the gross error / mistake in your billing as above. you can also check records of earlier years also. as I have already paid the bill (under protest) to avoid disconnection i hereby request you to please arrange to make the necessary corrections and adjust the excess amount charged against my future bills or you may credit the excess charged amount to my bank account as under :- HDFC BANK STEPHEN HOUSE BRANCH, KOLKATA - 700001 A/C NO.
