I am Soumyadeep Halder CONSUMER NO- [protected] . I paid July August month’s electric bill 5210 through AXIS BANK NETBANKING on 29/09/2018 at 11:09:P.M.. . Payment receipt not generated. Amount debited from my ACCOUNT. Still not updated in CESC site.Please mail me the receipt at [protected]@gmail.com.

Please look into this matter and update in your app / site the unpaid bill and give me a receipt .

Updated by Soumyadeep Halder I was paying my monthly bill of July & August'18.
The transaction was being processed but then
the browser showed that server timed out.
I got a message that rs. Xxxx has been deducted
from my account regarding cesc. The next time i
checked in to cesc, it is not showing the latest bill that i paid now.
Please help .
