Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding an additional EMI deduction made by your bank on 10th January 2025, during the full and final settlement of my loan. Despite numerous follow-ups, the excess amount deducted has not been returned to me yet.
- Excess amount deducted: ₹28, 800 (instead of ₹5, 500)
- Date of deduction: 10th January 2025
- Status: No refund has been made to date
I have been consistently following up with your staff but unfortunately, I have not received any concrete results. I am extremely disappointed with the way this issue has been handled, and I believe it is not a satisfactory way of dealing with customers.
I request you to look into this matter urgently and provide a timeline for the refund of the excess amount deducted. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be forced to explore other possibilities to resolve this issue.
Please check my previous emails for your reference. I hope you will take immediate action to resolve this matter.
