[Resolved] Canara Bank — Amazon refund of rs 999 dispute bank | |
My name sikander and my canara bank account no[protected]and my mobile no [protected]. I purchased a product on 19th june 2020 from my amazon account id [protected]@gmail.com using my canara bank debit card no. [protected] of rupees 999. But 22 june 2020 i cancelled it and the same date they process my amount refund and he gave me refund reference # [protected]. As per their confirmation refund was initiated 22 june 2020 maximum time was 5 days. Still 19 july 2020 it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference # [protected]. I had contacted your customer service number and visited your branch also but there is no proper response. Please check and confirm the status. My e-mail id dalayan. [protected]@gmail.com

Jul 27, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I called customer care but they are saying we don't have any amount received from amezon . And Amazon says we have and amount of 999 in your bank and bank give reference no 202053628332459. Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
